My favorite TV show

My favorite TV show is Brooklyn 99. This series tells the daily experience of the 99 precinct in Brooklyn, New York. The story develops through the dynamic that the characters have: Jake is the childish (but talented) detective, Amy is the controlling and perfectionist one, Charles is the friendly character who worships his best friend, Rosa is the scary and mysterious one, Gina is the sarcastic and narcissistic secretary, Sargent Jeffords is like a loving father for all, and Capitan Holt is the serious and inexpressive boss, but who deep down cares about his squad.

In each season there’s a Halloween special, where the characters make a bet and have to steal certain object before midnight to win. I like every special, but I like the season 4 special most, because in this one, Gina wins and proves that she is not less smart for not being a police officer.

I’ve lost track the number of times I watched Brooklyn 99, but that doesn’t matter, since I always enjoy it like the first time. The show makes me laugh with the ridiculous situations, and I am also moved when there are serious subjects such as racism and homophobia. It makes me think that life can be fun, even if it's not perfect.
